General Description:

Land Size: 650 acres

Primary and Secondary Cloud Forest located on the Tilaran mountain range. The camp is on the 22nd kilometer on a highway runs North from San Ramon to La Fortuna and on to the spectacular Arenal volcano.

Phase 1 facility description:

Capacity: 300 people

1. Chapel for over 400 campers
2. Dining complex with full kitchen and staff housing
3. 11 girls cabins and bathrooms
4. 10 boys cabins and bathrooms
5. A large gym with 6 hoops, game rooms, a general store, skate shack, infirmary, recreation shed, climbing wall, and a youth pastor private apartment
6. A boys staff dorm (cap.: 30) and a girls staff dorm (cap.:12)
7. 10 Guest Cabins (cap.: over 30)
8. Timothy Lodge with a dean’s apartment, 4 quads. Rooms, a library/meeting room, living areas, laundry room and a full kitchen
9. 5 Small group Ranchitos
10. Recreation areas including the “Jungle Challenge” course, high ropes course, playing field, sand volleyball court, a small swimming/recreation pond and a large quantity of recreation equipment for a vast array of different fun and games
11. Office and Welcome area
12. Main Gate and Guardhouse
13. Caretaker Residence

Sport’s Complex description:

Just across the foot bridge from phase 1 camp, we are currently developing the Sport’s complex. Scheduled to be completed in 2007, it will include the following:

1. Large soccer field and baseball diamond
2. Sand volleyball court
3. Archery range
4. Mountain biking trails
5. Mountain boarding runs
6. Large pond with water slides, the “Blob”, bike jump, rope swing, waterfalls, the “Trinity Pools”, sand beach and swimming areas
7. Deck house with a small soda and bathroom facilities
8. Large rec shed
9. Numerous green areas and gardens
