We exist to be used by God to change the lives of the youth of Latin America for His purposes and His glory, so we are very grateful for the people He has entrusted to us through the years. In 2006 alone we were able to serve 7,000 youth for the glory of the Lord! In praying for and making a donation to La Montaña, you have become a part of this ministry, and we are thankful for your involvement!

All gifts are tax-deductible. Camper and retreat tuition covers only initial operating expenses. All additions and improvements to La Montaña are possible only through the generosity of those who support this ministry monetarily.
How Do Make a Donation?
For the moment we are only accepting donations mailed to our U.S. office. Please indicate in the memo section of your check where you would like your donation to go.
In the near future you will be able to do this online and designate to whom or what programs you would like your donations to go. But for now, here is a list of current self-supporting missionaries and projects.

I Want to Help La Montaña Grow!
La Montaña has a twenty-year development plan that will include a new hospitality house, community center and a second camp facility for 700 teens.
I Want to Send a Kid to Camp!
Many of the kids who come to La Montaña cannot afford to pay for camp as many are from poverty-level families and fatherless homes. Their week at camp is life changing and without the generosity of scholarship donations, these troubled teenagers would not hear the saving message of Jesus Christ. The cost for 1 week at camp is $50. Your donation for all or part will directly benefit a teenager.
I Want to Help Train Youth Leaders in
Costa Rica!
The Timothy Institute is a certificate program for leaders-in-training These young people will be equipped to return to their home church with the tools needed to build a dynamic youth program. Any amount will help in this effort.
Other Ways of Helping
La Montaña Christian Camps has been able to financially make the payroll of our national Costa Rican staff and meet all operating expenses since its opening date, January 27, 2000. This is truly a miracle and we praise the Lord for His faithfulness. However, we count on your special contributions for our U.S. staff, aggressive development projects, camper scholarships and the Timothy Institute.
- A donation of $50 will send a needy teenager to camp for 5 days.
- A donation of $75 will pay for one musician to come in and fill our chapel with energy and excitement to prepare teens to hear the Word of God.
- A donation of $50 will help us maintain and improve our recreation program.
- A donation of a $100 or more will help pay U.S. staff salaries.
- A donation of $150-$200 will support a Timothy Institute student for a month, consisting of room & board, books and local travel.
