La Montana, an exciting new venture in Christian camping, is seeking energetic young individual to work alongside its Costa Rican staff in an awesome cloud forest setting. Previous staff experience in camping required. Must be willing to commit from 2-5 years. La Montaña works primarily with teens. Knowledge of Spanish is helpful, but intensive language courses are available in Costa Rica. Program Director, (La Montana Christian Camps, Costa Rica, Central America): College graduate with experience in youthprograms, healthy, minimum 2 years full-time camping experience, outdoor/sports interests, organizational ability, counselor skills. Duties: Develop and implement program, provide leadership in program development. Responsible for developing and overseeing high adventure program, training staff, and upkeep of equipment.
